Booth Allocation Process & Layout – India Fest Memphis 2025

In previous years, we’ve received feedback requesting more transparency and fairness in how booth spaces are assigned. In response, we're sharing the general booth layout for the Agricenter to help vendors better understand the process.

Please note:
Since the final number of booth types (food, business, non-profit, state) is not yet known, we cannot guarantee exact locations in advance. However, we are committed to maintaining a clear and consistent process.

Booth Location Overview

  • State Community Booths
    Assigned to predefined locations in the central area of the layout.

  • Food Booths (Single & Double)
    Placed on either side of the state booths, prioritized by order of purchase.

    • Premium food booths may be assigned custom locations (within guidelines).

  • Business Booths
    Located in the West Pavilion area.

    • Booths are prioritized around the perimeter based on order of purchase.

    • Premium business booths may choose from predefined locations, within limits.

  • Non-Profit Booths
    May be placed inside the West Pavilion or outside near A Wing, depending on availability and layout needs.

Important Notes & Limitations

  • The 2025 layout is significantly different from previous years due to cultural events moving to the Amphitheater.

  • Space is limited. We may restrict the total number of food and business booths based on logistical capacity.

  • Final booth assignments are subject to:

    • Agricenter policies

    • Ongoing building repairs

    • Fire and safety regulations

    • Overall logistical planning

  • Neither vendors nor organizers will have confirmed booth locations until closer to the event.

Key Reminders

  • Food and State Booths will not receive final assignments until the required security deposit is paid.

  • If you have specific location preferences, the best option is to request a Premium Booth.

  • Otherwise, early booking offers the best chance at a desirable spot.

  • Changes or cancellations are subject to non-refundable processing fees.
