Welcome to the official booth information page for India Fest Memphis 2025. Below you’ll find detailed information about booth categories, eligibility, and important guidelines to help you choose the right option for your organization or business.

🏢 Business Booths
- Reserved for vendors selling products or services
- Food sales are strictly prohibited in business booths
🍛 Food Booths
- Reserved for food service vendors
- A security deposit is required and must be selected from the Accessories menu during registration. Without the deposit, booth allocation may be delayed.
- If you represent a State Community, please do not purchase a Food Booth. Use the State Community Booth category instead.
🤝 Non-Profit Booths
- Reserved for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations
- Sales of any kind are strictly prohibited
🏳️ State Community Booths
- Reserved for Memphis-based non-profit organizations that represent a State or Union Territory of India
- Organizations must be registered and recognized as legitimate local community associations
- Secondary verification may be required before booth assignment to prevent individual registrations under community names
- A security deposit is required and must be selected from the Accessories menu during registration. Without it, booth allocation may be delayed.
📋 Common Information for All Booths

Booth Sizes:
- Single: 8 ft x 10 ft
- Double / Premium: 8 ft x 20 ft
- All booths have a minimum 9 ft ceiling

Booth Types:
- Premium booths offer vendors a customizable location (within designated areas) for standout presence.

Booth Inclusions:
- Single booth: 1 table + 2 festival tickets
- Double/Premium booth: 2 tables + 4 (double) / 6 (premium) tickets
- Additional tables and electrical outlets can be purchased separately

Booth Allocation:
- Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis

Refunds:
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
