State Booths are reserved for Memphis-based, recognized nonprofit organizations representing individual Indian States or Union Territories. Secondary verification may be required before booth assignment to prevent individuals from registering as state community representatives.

Important: A security deposit is required and must be selected under the Accessories menu.

• Booth sizes: 8 ft × 10 ft (single), 8 ft × 20 ft (double), or 8 ft × 30 ft (triple), with a 9-ft ceiling.
• Allocation: First come, first served based on security deposit payment.
• Tables: 1, 2, or 3 tables are included with single, double, or triple booths, respectively. Additional tables may be purchased separately.
• Tickets: Includes 2 tickets for single, 4 for double, and 6 for triple booths.
• Electricity: Electrical outlets must be purchased separately.
• Processing fees: Payment processing charges are non-refundable. See the Return and Refund Policy for details.
