State Booths are reserved for local communities representing individual states of India. Only recognized Memphis based state organizations registered as non-profit associations can purchase these booths. Secondary verification processes may be required prior to booth assignment to avoid individuals registering booths as state community representatives
- IMPORTANT: A security deposit must be paid by selecting it from the Accessories menu
- Booth Size 8ft x 10ft (single), 8ft x 20ft (double), or 8ft x 30ft (triple) with a 9ft ceiling
- Will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
- One, two or three tables will be provided for single, double or triple booths respectively as part of the booth price. Additional tables can be purchased separately
- Includes 2 tickets for single booths, 4 tickets for double booths and 6 tickets for triple booths
- Electrical outlets need should be purchased separately
- The payment processing charges are not refundable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.
- By purchasing a state booth, you agree to:
- Sell authentic state cuisine food
- Agree to the potential County food inspection by Environmental Health and Food Safety Program (https://www.shelbytnhealth.com/186/Environmental-Health-Food-Safety-Program)
- Abide by all the guidelines for temporary food stands (https://www.shelbytnhealth.com/DocumentCenter/View/3854/Temporary-Event-Booklet)
- Follow all county codes, governmental policies and ordinances, security guidance, and festival policies
- Pay for the Food permit application costs at the time of booth check-in (See fee schedule in the referenced Guidelines above)
